The products mainly includes Internet Optimizing and Intelligent devices (Robot and Switch).
崗位職責(zé):
RESPONSIBILITIES
整理市場(chǎng)信息,制定相應(yīng)對(duì)策并及時(shí)向銷售總監(jiān)匯報(bào)
Collect marketing information, making sales plan and reporting to Sales Director.
負(fù)責(zé)開(kāi)拓新客戶或者開(kāi)發(fā)零售商、經(jīng)銷商等
Responsible for develop and gain new customers or develop retailers or distributors.
帶領(lǐng)或指導(dǎo)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì),不斷提高團(tuán)隊(duì)和個(gè)人業(yè)績(jī)。個(gè)人需完成年銷售額360萬(wàn)
Sales manager, improve both individual and the team performance to finish KPI.(Yearly sales value of individual ,3.6 million)
根據(jù)公司或部門的目標(biāo)制定公司營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略
Make sales strategy and business development plan according to company target.
任職要求:
Requirements
本科及以上學(xué)歷
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
需有豐富的客戶資源,至少需國(guó)際學(xué)校、國(guó)際醫(yī)院、建筑開(kāi)發(fā)商、零售行業(yè)、銀行之的一領(lǐng)域有資源者
Has rich customer resources, at least in one of the five industries, International schools, International Hospitals, Developers, Retailers and Bank.
至少3~5年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備跨國(guó)公司銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)管理背景者優(yōu)先
A minimum of 3~5 years in sales. Experience in MNC as a sales manager would be an advantage.
過(guò)往的工作中有良好的業(yè)績(jī)表現(xiàn),能夠證明是成功的銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)管理者
Has a good performance during past work, can prove to be a successful sales team manager.
具備良好的溝通談判能力
Strong skills in communication and negotiation.
能承受高壓,具備良好的創(chuàng)造精神
Able to work under pressure, creative
具備一定的英文閱讀能力.
Good spoken and oral English.
